If I understood well the guidelines, you can upgrade only from 2.2 (also the rc versions installing an additional package) and cannot from 2.1

Is there any command to do the upgrade? How do i do it? I have 2.3 rc1.

If you haven't already, register for updates.  http://www.endian.com/en/community/efw-updates/

Then you should be able to upgrade to v2.2, then v2.3 stable, which was released today.

I have tried this with the following result:

Channels have no new packages.
Loading cache...
Updating cache...                                             ###################################################################################### [100%]

Computing transaction...
No interesting upgrades available.

I am wondering if someone knows if this should be working shortly or if a fresh install is required. Thanks for any feedback.

Apparently, the efw-upgrade script won't work for another month.  You can try backing up your 2.2 configuration, installing 2.3, and restoring the 2.2 settings, but some have had problems, like a non-functional web interface.
