telnet xx.xx.xx.xx 25 error

I make endian firewall to SMTP proxy, i have mailserver in DMZ zone . I can send-receive email in my office.
But at my home i can receive mail via POP3 but cann't send email . I try to test telnet xx.xx.xx.xx (xx ip of Public IP forward to mail server in DMZ zone )110 ->OK ,
telnet xx.xx.xx.xx 25 error connection failed .How to fix this problem or to open port ?

some question:
what kind of ip addres you have configurate in you SMTP Home?
not a domanin, true? 
if you have setting the ip pubblic of the macchine, you must to make a rule for trasfert the request from the RED zone to DMZ Zone where there is the mail server.

read this post for know how http://efwsupport.com/index.php?topic=156.0 .... when you set the port, you must only use the port 25.
