I use also RBL for improve spam recognition, but i have some problem with "spam whitelist". Sometimes i receive mail from suppliers and other senders that are wrongly present in RBL, so i put the entire domain or the single email address in the "spam whitelist" but this method doesn't work. I also see that i have "whitelist sender" and "blacklist sender", but i don't know if this options bypass RBL. Can anyone help me ? Regards. JD |
