Hello,

I do not know it there is such a feature like this, but i ll ask.

I would like to create names in my network mostly my fileserver and backup system. How would you that in efw.
I found the fixed leases but i cannot add a name...

Thanks a lot

Hi Lyxus,

Endian doesn't have the ability to add DNS entries as such.

A workaround could be to add the names in the local host files.  In windows:

Quote
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Open it with notepad on all your computers and you can add whatever names you like!

You can add an DNS-Entry on Network --> "Edit hosts".

You should use static ips for your server!
