I have a Dell R610 server, but when installing Endian, it seems to go fine, but the NIC ports always show DOWN.  The NICs are NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet.  I would like to use the server due to power, flexibility, and due to my next issue.

I have a second install on an HP 8200 with Core-i3 and 8GB of RAM.  Using the onboard gigabit NIC and a Realtek gigabit NIC.  Everything seemed fine last night, but this morning, speeds were HORRIBLE, and it seemed to be dropping packets, although I didn't have time to test much.  It would timeout and just typically running slowly.  I just didn't have any extra gigabit NICs to play with, but is there anything else I could look at?  I assume that it just wasn't under load last night, but is this morning.  CPU is down to almost nothing on 4 core and RAM is about 3.5GB out of 8GB.

If I could get my Dell R610 issue fixed, that is my priority.

I am running 3.2.2 on both and have ran efw-upgrade on the 8200.  I tried 3.2.1 and it had same behavior on the R610, but wouldn't even boot on the 8200.
