Rsync on Port Forwarding

Hey guys. I have a problem on my rsync using port forwarding. Im using EFW 2.4.1.

Here is my settings:

Incoming IP: Zone/VPN/Uplink
Interfaces: <ANY Uplink>
Inc Service/Port: User defined - TCP - 873

Translate to *
IP: 192.168.x.x
Port/Range: 873
Access from: ANY
Filter policy: ALLOW
Enabled.

I also added an Outgoing traffice rule:

Source: Zone/Interface | GREEN
Destination: <RED>
Service/Port: User defined - TCP - 873
Policy: ALLOW


873 btw, is the port of rsync.

I cant get to connect from RED/Uplink to GREEN. What suppose to be the problem?
