SMTP: Adding blocked extensions and filtering words

Hello,
Just 3 questions:
Q1: I would like to add some extensions to the SMTP block list in efw 2.3 and I can't find how to do. I can see the default ones, but not add/remove some.
Q2: I would like to ban some word at smtp level. Is there a way to do so ?
Q3: When I activate "IP based RBL " - icon goes green - next time I look at the page it shows unactivated - icon is red. Why ?
Thanks a lot,
