acl on smtp proxy service

Hi,
running efw 2.4.1 (vm)
static ip on red, no port block from isp.
1) smtp proxy enabled on red (no fw port 25 forwarding), how do i put an acl concerning the inbound smtp relay servers ? (I'm using dyndns mailhop, so only their smtp servers should be accepted)
2) blacklist not working, in smtp proxy, white/blacklist, i've added the .ru, .hu, .cz, hotmail.com entries, saved/restarted, no joy.
