Endian firewall with RED interface connected to a fiber connection

Hi,

I'm trying to set my Endian firewall, and my Internet connection is based on fiber. I had an ADSL connection and everything was ok, until I resolved to change to a fiber one. The parameters I use are the some the ISP is using in their router.

Connection type : PPPoE
i insert the username and password given by the ISP

But I can't obtain an IP from the ISP (meo in Portugal).
I tried changing the configuration, but i get nowhere.....it's stays with CONNECTING....
Can anyone help me?
