Correct network setup with the following config

Looking at the sample images, not sure what this is considered or suggested as the correct setup. Basically, this machine will have 4 network's. 3 of them are 'public' meaning the following;
eth0 -> is from the ISP
eth1 -> public accessable /27
eth2 -> public accessable /27
eth3 -> private 10.x /24
Basically eth0 is a direct 100mb connection from the ISP. Eth1 and Eth2 are our public IP ranges which we use for various things, webservers, database, etc. Right now the current in place box is a basic Ubuntu 9 server running IPtables, but I wish to change to an endian box after some good internal tests. So do the colors really matter once the box is setup/configured with the rules? I think I am going to install the box here, setup the 4 networks, rules of who can see what, then put it in place, but wondering if there is a suggested way, or thoughts/ideas on the ideal way.
Tnx
