So I found that when the HTTPS proxy is enabled, it is filtering just fine. However when I explicitly add a IP to not be proxied, the logs show that for about 3 to four min, all traffic is passed clean and has bypassed the proxy. But then for the next  min, without any changes made,  the IP is proxied. Strange, anybody have any ideas what might be going on here?

Just to note, I was adding a entire class C as (just an example) 555.555.555.0/24 but what is weird is I added it as 555.555.0.0/16 and all is well. I know it's a lot more addresses being bypassed, and I am certain the subnet I needed is correct. But IDK why a /24 is causing a issue with the bypass. It has to be a bug ?!?!?!

I was wrong, even bypassing the proxy with a /16 still gets proxied, just took longer Huh?
