Hi  I have upgraded from 2.5.1  to   3.2.4
I have clients using Windows and  GNU Linux  (Debian, Ubuntus, Mint )
Folder Sharing  between my LAN   was OK in v2.5.1,     Now  with v3.2.4   Windows machines are Ok,   and Linux are Not
What has change in 3.2.4?  Im missing something ?
I have turned off  IDS, Proxy  and  set all ports in  Outgoing Firewall  range  open

Thanks

Symptom you get using command  smbclient  to get into foldershare

ERRnomem

I read about this error and got:

On your Windows machine, use regedit (Start -> regedit) modify the following registry keys:
“HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\LargeSystemCache” from 0 to 1
“HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters\Size” from 1 to 3
Restart

I wonder why after  upgrading endian to 3.2.4   you have to mess up with registry ?
What is really doing  endian  v3.2.4 ??   it is something to investigate !!!
