Enable HTTP Proxy. Check to see if GREEN is set to "transparent" if so set it to "not transparent". Save! Disable HTTP Proxy. For some reason, setting the HTTP Proxy to "transparent" seems to affect the HTTP traffic even when it's not enabled. Don't know if this is by design or if it's a bug.
