Hide internal adresses from the messages headers before they go out

Hello,
Our internal Mailserver relay through the smtp mail gateway of our endian firewall. Is there a way to remove or hide the hostnames and IP addresses of our internal systems from the messages headers before they go out?
Thanks in advance!

Hello again,
The endian firewall use postfix for mail delivery.
So this is how I've done it:
add to /etc/postfix/main.cf
header_checks = regexp:/etc/postfix/header_checks
then add to /etc/postfix/header_checkst
"# Header checks file
/^received: / IGNORE
/^X-Sender: / IGNORE
"
that removes the sender-header before deliver it to the internet.
