I am trying to install Endian Firewall 2.2 RC3 on a Dell PowerEdge 1950. I have tried booting using the default and all the other options but it always crashed with a blue screen. Below is the output before it crashed.

Code:
Detecting Hardware
Feb 19 09:58:55 (none) daemon.notice modprobe: FATAL: Error inserting floppy (/lib/modules/2.6.22.19-72.endian15/kernel/drivers/drivers/block/floppy.ko.gz): No such device
Loading ata_piix
Loading bnx2
Loading ehci_hcd
Loading generic3ps/2
FATAL: Module generic3ps/2 not found.
Loading intel rng
FATAL: Error inseting intel_rng (/lib/modules/2.6.22.19-72.endian15/kernel/drivers/char/hw_random/intel-rng.ko.gz): No such device
Loading mptsas
/bin/hwdetect.sh: line 8:   597 Segmentation fault      modprobe -k ${MODULE}
Loading pcspkr
FATAL: Module pcspkr not found.
Loading tg3

Anyone have any idea why this keeps happening?

My replay: no, but...

You can try to:

- re-download the ISO and verify md5
- remove floppy driver
- remove any sound card (if present...)
- remove any unused (not necessary) hardware

I don't know why your problem, this is only a "hope" workaround...
