hi

is it possible to stop the beeps sound when endian-fw restart his modules after rebooting?

this pc is in my room so time to time the pc will reboot on the night and wake me up!!!

hi,
did you mean the "beep" tone on Uplinksdaemon ?

Try to look here => /etc/uplinksdaemon/
there is a file called beep you can delete this file oder edit the content ( delete content )

maybe you want also delete the beep from Upliksdaemon Offline
this is here .. => /etc/uplinksdaemon/offline

beeps when Uplink is going down ...
the other beep previous Post is when Uplink is going UP also on EFW Start Smiley

hi thanks for your reply...

first i have #comment each line of the files in uplinksdaemon/offline and /. i reboot and restart the beeps were still on. so i have deleted each of the 2 files, reboot ... the beeps are still on :-(

when does the "beep" comes up?
after GRUP Loading
or when firewall is up und in der First Line the System Services starting?
