qos for voip efw 2.3

Hello everyone, I have installed EFW 2.3 However, I have some concerns about the configuration of QoS for prioritizing VoIP traffic.

first. I have added a red device with 90% of the speed of the ADSL line.
second. I have created a rule to give high priority to VoIP traffic
third. I have tried to assign all other traffic to a middle class but I failed
how can i do to assign all traffic except the voip to a middle class?
