I get this message in the browser when the content filter blocks something. It apparently is not pointed to the deny template. Can someone tell me how to correct this?
ERROR: Unable to find specified template: /usr/share/c-icap/templates//srv_url_check/en/DENY

Ok just found this on jira.endian.com. Running this in putty solves the problem.
jobcontrol restart sync createtemplates --force
