Hello experts,

I'd like to know how can i access my firewall remotly. I already configured port foward/NAT but still can't acess.

What should i do?

You need to define your system access rules under firewall. Try not to leave it open to the entire public, its not really good practice. If you dont have static source addresses, use the vpns.

simply u can go to firewall menu then system access create rule source blank then source interface red service user defined port 10443
then allow with ips
