Hi Everyone,

Im completely new to this so I apologise if this comes accross as a strange question.  Smiley

I've just installed EFW in Gateway mode on a spare computer for my home network. I would like to use the transparent HTTP proxy to log website requests according to user and/or IP address.

But before I get into this kind of traffic monitoring, I would like to get webpages loading properly.
I have enabled the HTTP proxy and have set it to run in transparent mode, on port 8888.
At this stage, HTTP traffic flows fine. However HTTPS traffic seems to do nothing.
I make a request for a HTTPS webpage and nothing happens. Google Chrome's default error page comes up; "The webpage is not available".

Is there anything im doing wrong? Im relatively new to Endian.

Kind Regards,

Henry
