Hello,
I have an EFW with one laptop connected to the green network. The red interface is connected to the router. My problem is tha a computer connected to the router, if it do a ping to the red interface, it doesn't received answer. But if I do the ping form the EFW to de computer, it works correctly, and if I do the ping from laptop(en the GREEN interface) to the computer, it also work correctly.
Then I do a NAT rule that all the connection to de RED IP translation to the laptop IP. When I try a connection from computer (connected to the router) to de RED IP it doesn't work, but the firewalls logs detect the connection and accept them.
I doesn't know because i can't connect from computer in RED network, to the laptop in the GREEN network.
I tried to reinstall the EFW but the problem persists. Any idea?
Thanks

You have shared some of your troubleshooting steps.  But I don't see any information about what you are trying to do.

What exactly do you want the computer on the red interface to be able to do to the computer on the green interface?
