Hi,
I have EFW 2.1.2 running for a week now with red, green and orange. Everything works like a charm. After a week I wanted to check the firewall logfiles. (https://10.10.10.2:10443/cgi-bin/logs_firewall.cgi)
But nothing shows up. Other logfiles do work but the most important one, no.
I've been looking in /var/log through ssh and there's three files there with firewall in it:
firewall (0 byte)
firewall.1.gz
firewall.2.gz
Both with stuff like this in it:
Oct  3 06:21:25 webserv ulogd[1191]: initialization finished, entering main loop
Oct  3 13:03:18 fw ulogd[1152]: initialization finished, entering main loop
Not very interesting.
Anyone come across this?
Thanks, Fok

Fok,

Have you made sure the rules are set to be logged..

There are a few areas where the checkbox needs to be checked so that connections are logged.

Regards

I tried a lot but i can't log users visited web sites until i turned on http proxy.

i turned up proxy over port 8080 and setted up users browsers proxy setting and logs are perfect Wink

I can't find a way to log visited web sites filtered by usernames without proxy...

If anyone do, please let us know
