ENDIAN Firewall - endian 4i bricked please help

I have an endian 4i i had running at a customers. A computer tech from another company wanted to setup a vlan to share the businesses internet with permission from my customer. They said yes and i went and created a vlan on an unused port on he back. Port 3. After it reset all network and internet connectivity went dead. I cant get to the device via the web. It no longer gives out ip addresses and i cannot terminal in to fix anything. I have tried going in though the serial port on the front with a serial bluetooth adapter that i have but that not work either. Is there a way to reset it. I cannot sent it back since my customer dropped their service contract.
