I have a 1U Cybortronics server with built in dual NICs, I added a 3rd NIC for WAN failover. Installed EFW 2.2 Community OS and successfully tested  Green LAN internet and  both Red WAN ports at my office , but when I connect the EFW on site with Comcast as WAN1 and Cbeyond as WAN2 and disconnect WAN1 it never fails over to WAN2. Has anyone have a problem with a simular scenario and may be able to offer a solution?

I haven't worked with Endian for very long but I am rapidly expanding my knowledge of the system because our company has become a reseller in the US. My initial reaction from having configured sonicwalls and cisco equipment is that the problem is coming with your configuration of the wan to lan interface. You need to reference a connection that represents the WAN interfaces and then make both WANs reside under that connection. This way when one connection fails a last resort will kick the connection over to WAN2.

I know this isn't the best as far as specifics but I will follow up with more information once I duplicate the same setup (which I need to do anyways).

I will confirm EFW2.2 Stable Release can use fail-over.
Because, now I use 1PC with 3 NIC (1NIC for Green and 2NIC for RED) and config it for fail-over.
When I try to down WAN1 and wait about not over 5 minute. Routing is switch to WAN2 automatically.
And when WAN1 is up, routing is switch to WAN1 again (automatically).

If you can't use fail-over. Checking your config again.
see the example picture and try to config again (this picture show config of WAN2 for backup)
You must config this in WAN1 too.

En network->Interfaces double check these options:

-" if this uplink fails activate :" Enabled, check the connectivity of the 2nd WAN
-"Check if these hosts are reachable": Enable it and put your WAN gateway and some inet hosts: i.e www.google.com. This way if pings fail the firewall will failover to the 2nd WAN.

I installed EFW completely new versions 2.2 and 2.3RC1, set up like your illustrations, but failover feature does not work.
