VLAN Configuration

I have an endian firewall installed within a virtual machine. The virtual machine has two physical interfaces. Is it possible to make the endian firewall a router on a stick configuration? Is it possible to assign multiple VLANs to the same interface and have that interface connect to a downstream managed switch with VLANs assigned to the ports? So even though different VLAN traffic is passing over the same link, it cannot communicate with other VLAN traffic unless it travels to the endian firewall/router and the router forwards it onto another VLAN interface.
I guess I could create multiple virtual network adapters and tie them to the same internal virtual switch. This would essentially have the same effect, but I would like the virtual interfaces to be created within the firewall rather than at the virtual hardware level. Any ideas?
