Outlook desktop application lock

The Outlook desktop application is constantly blocked by Endian(Does not allow incoming or outgoing messages), I can not find the problem, since there are no rules that block that application.

NOTA:
The funny thing is that: it only crashes on some computers. I say it crashes, because I test with an external network and the application works correctly, when I switch to the network with endia, it immediately crashes and does not allow incoming or outgoing messages

Endian cannot make your outlook crash.  Can you post the exact error message.
