Hello all,

I have successfully made Endian VPN to work with Active Directory and authenticate users that way. The only thing that bothers me the fact that I have to use domain admin credentials in the config file. Being plain text and public-facing makes things worse.

Is there a kind soul to instruct me what specific security demands does this account need, so I can avoid using admin?

Thanks a lot,
Milos

What method are you using for authentication?  Admin credentials don't sound like a good idea as you would be able to use the content filter effectively. I figured out how to use ldap after months of trial and failure, I still havent gotten Radius working as yet.
