Hi,

I'm new to Endian Firewall and loaded 2.4.1 on HP DL365 with Hardware Raid without success.  After Google for a solution, I find to load 2.2 which I did, which was successful.  Now I have to upgrade to 2.4.1, but that when I ran into problems.  First, I tried to register for an ID from the website, this failed with "Error in connection".  Then went to this forum and register here successfully.  I used this ID (not so if the ID are the same) and did "efw-upgrade" in telnet and got the message below:  Question is why did it fail to get the file?  Is this because I have the wrong ID?  If so, How do I get an ID if I can't register?  Thanks
