Can I use CPU Intel i7 for Endian software? can it use the facilities and speed of i7?

Unless you are running 1000's of users I don't see the reason to use i7. Im using celeron j1900 with 400+ users with about 20 ish concurrent vpn connection attached to 100mb fiber link - cpu usage spikes to %30 but it's mostly under %10.
