Initial network configuration help

Good morning, setting up our 2.3 community and looking for some help from the forum. This is for a small office with a static IP from our ISP. Behind is the basic 10.x which is working fine, and I can start the setup. I also have a backup DSL line being installed for internet redundancy as we have had some outages. The setup shows Network Interfaces 4 which is correct, so I am wondering what will be the backup.
The green is naturally the 10.x
The red is my primary providers public IP.
Now I see an orange and green and wondering which (or is there another way) to setup that DSL to be a 'failover'. I would like it to be automatic (maybe even notify) on failover, but what's the best way to go about setting this configuration up.
Thanks.

Go to Network ->
Interfaces ->
Add Interface/Uplink ->
Configure Uplink2 accordingly ->
Go to Uplink/Main ->
Select Uplick2 as backup
