Title: POPs (995) won't work if Proxy POP3 email scanner is turned on!

Possible bug?   ???

I'm about to pull my hair out for a day even if I make sure all outgoing firewall rules are correct.  And later I turn off outgoing firewall completely, and it still doesn't work.

Then I found that if Proxy, Pop3, Global setting's email scanner is turned on on Green interface (even without virus scanner / spam filter turned on), then email client was not able to download any email from the email server using POP3 over SSL (port 995), all it gets is a quick timeout and error 0x800ccc0f.

Yet standard POP3 (110) works completely fine with email scanner on or off.

Using SSH login to EFW consoler.

Edit file /etc/firewall/proxies/p3scan.conf.tmpl.org and remark or delete the line with the rule for redirecting pop3s to p3scan.
