I cannot get the efw-upgrade to work, i get the following message: root@efw:~ # efw-upgrade Loading cache... Updating cache... ######################################## [100%] Fetching information for 'efw-community'... -> ttp://*:*@updates.endian.org/stable/repodata/repomd.xml repomd.xml [ 25%] error: Failed acquiring release file for 'efw-community': error: ttp://*:community@updates.endian.org/stable/repodata/repomd.xml: The requested URL returned error: 401 Updating cache... ######################################## [100%] Channels have no new packages. ERROR: Error during upgrade I am trying to solve the issue with no logs in community version 2.4 Thanks Patrik Title: Re: Efw-upgrade problems... Post by: zreis on Saturday 14 August 2010, 01:58:55 am I had the same thing I just fixed it. You have to register for community. Validate your email address.
Then run 'efw-upgrade -s' Press 1 for Production releases. It will then ask you for your username. Use the email address you registered. ANSWER: "Register EFW Community" (googled that and it worked!) Finally!!! This was driving me crazy!! |
