Microsoft Office 2010 Clipart

I have Endian Firewall 2.5.1 and with contact filter on in transparent mode, Microsoft Office 2010 clipart is not working. Any Idea how to fix this.
I have computers that are unfiltered ( no going through the contact filter) and they are working fine with the office 2010 clipart

Never used clipart, I think you first need to know where Office is trying to connect, and by what ports.

I found other people have the same problem when using  Internet explorer proxy server . I found you need to unblock both officeimage.microsoft.com (to allow the clipart itself) and officeimg.vo.msecnd.net (to allow the clipart preview in the sidebar).

One post says that you may need to do it in a way that circumvents NTLM authentication if you're using a Smoothwall .

I have whitelist officeimage.microsoft.com and officeimg.vo.msecnd.net, but it still does not work. And I don't know how to circumvent NTLM authentication.
