OCS server connectivity Issues

Hi all
I have setup efw community edition for captive usage and is working fine. The problem is one of our users wants to get connected to an OCS(Office Communication Server) server residing on the Internet. For this purpose I have allowed outgoing TCP+UDP access on port 5060 and 5061. On the firewall logs I can see the client sending outgoing requests to the public ip on the requisite ports however i fail to see any reply. It seems like packets are getting dropped some where by a firewall rule. I have checked /var/log/firewall as well but could not find any packets getting dropped.
I have tried connecting with a dial up connection where the OCS setup works fine hence there is no issue with the OCS service provider.
Kindly guide and help.
Regards

Hi,
could it be that you need to open other ports?
I never used OCS, but as far as I can see you could need to open other ports
