not receiving email on iphone and ipad

Hi everyone,

im not able to receive any email on iphones/ipads in my infrastrature under endian. Anyone has experienced that??



allowed ports:
80 # http
21 # ftp
70 # gopher
210 # wais
1025-65535
280 # http-mgmt

allowed ssl ports:

443 # https
563 # snews
3001 # ntop

this is the ports allowed in my organization

But where are you trying to get mail from (what server)? And what protocol is used to get mail?

The protocol is SMTP and from google server. From 3g i can access it normally but when in wireless, inside my organization under endian firewall i cant

It seems to me that you have to add smtp (and pop or imap depending on the config of your iPhone) to outgoing traffic in firewall or enable mail proxy for GREEN.
