Access denied to internal Web app

Hi all,
i have an endian proxy 2.5.2 with content filter enabled. This proxy is blocking some internals web app hosted on a web server that is located on the green zone.

This is the scenario:
helpdesk. mydomain. com - pointo to: 192.168.0.28 (Apache internal reverse proxy)
dns. mydomain. com - ip: 192.168.0.2 (internal DNS)

Now, when i navigate from my browser to http : / / helpdesk. mydomain. com/ i got this error message:
Cache error ....
Name error: the domain name does not exist.
...

I'm sure that any host on my 192.168.0.x lan can ping and reach helpdesk. mydomain. com host but the proxy can't resolve this name.

How can i solve this issue?
