I've been evaluating various appliances for content filtering.  I've come to find that I like the feature set of EFW, however it seems to be a lot more sensitive (at least by default).  I have it running side by side with another appliance that uses dansguardian as well.  I'm trying to figure out the difference though.  For example, on the other I can turn google safe search on and search for keywords like Lisa, Jenny, and other first names.  Since safe search is on, I get normal links and it allows it.  However when I try the same on EFW, it blocks it (and most  first names).

I am only blocking the porn categories and I have bumped up the max score for phrases all the way up to 200 (the other is only at 100).  Is there something more that needs configured?  They are more or less both configured out of the box, but since they both use dansguardian there must be a way to tweak it as I like the EFW features better.

Thanks in advance!

What is the other appliance you're running?

ClearOS though I have also tested eBox and untangle (both of those seemed to have older versions of dansguardian and were not as good a blocking  content).
