Firewall Issue

Hi All - my first post.
We have been using the Endian firewall for quite some time now. Now all of the sudden when a user tries to access the internet they keep getting prompted with a message to login to the proxy server for authentication. they are prompted with a username and pw with the address of the proxy. For example :
proxy domain/username
Username : domain/username
Pw :
We have 6 sites within the domain and this is the only site that asks for this authentication. Even if I enter the admin username and pw it doesnt' accept it. If I choose cancel it then goes to display the page is blocked - which it really is not blocked.
Is this a resolution issue where it can't resolve the proxy address?
