Logs summary

Dear All

I have few issue on my endian (I running for 1 month)

1. Logs summary is not generate.
        It show in logs summary page about
                       No (or only partial) logs exist for the day queried.:/var/log/logwatch/2010-10-06 could not be opened
                       The summary will be generated nightly from the log files of the last day. Therefore summaries for the current day are not yet available.

2. Proxy graph is not update.

If anyone know please guide me

As I try it look like crontab is not running. So I try to run it show error as below.

#fcrontab -e
17:30:06 fcrontab : editing root's fcrontab
17:30:06 Error while running "/bin/vi": No such file or directory
17:30:06 could not stat /tmp/fcr-h6qhxv: No such file or directory
17:30:06 could not remove /tmp/fcr-h6qhxv: No such file or directory

please advice.

It back right now. I don't know why it running normal since 3 days ago.
