Net to Net with EFW3.0

I am trying to establish a net-to-net connection between two efw3.0 community boxes.  I have tried both ipsec and OpenVPN and can't seem to make any progress.  The IPSec connections fail to create a Child_SA with message TS_UNACCEPTABLE and the OpenVPN connections appear to connect, but cannot ping across the tunnel.  My roadwarrior connections seem to be working fine, however.
