endian 2.3 dns problem

Hello to everyone
iam new here so i think that not will be problem to givme little support

I have endian 2.3 instaled on local machine with static public ip and FQDN on RED interface
when i will type FQDN on broswer or when outlook will try to connect to FQDN cannot reach destination
just ping and tracert working,all other ports are closed when i try to connect from inside

but from some outside its ok,  works all ports http, smtp  what i have nat-ed in destination nat.

i turnoff outgoing firewall but with no success

please for some help to resolve the problem
