Transparent email protection

Hello,
We have different mail server and looking for a spam and antivirus protection. I see that Endian Supports Transparent Email Protection. With that usage; can I put endian in front of our mail servers and make it transparent so I do not have to introduce/add all email accounts to endian so it can recognize our internal email domains/account and so I can configure spam and antivirus settings?
