how to enable audio streaming and sharepoint services

I am running a transparent proxy server and it is working great although I am having difficulty allowing users to connect to audio streaming and sharepoint services please can someone help.

First I need to ask, are you using server 2003 or 2008 and is this a small business edition? Do you know what port sharepoint uses and do you have it open in Endian? We need a bit more of information before anyone can begin to help you.
