Slow Responce of Web Interface after configuring Net-to-Net VPN

I have an issue that seems a bit weird, i've installed EFW at 2 sites and was planning to use another 2 servers on each site to create a Site-to-Site VPN connection. It took me about a week to find out that there was a problem with the other servers (ISA 2004) establishing the connection due to NAT/NAT-T issues so i tried OpenVPN's Net-To-Net configuration. After i configured both of the EFW's i succesfully established a connection between the sites! It seems now that when i log into the web interface of the OpenVPN Server (Client/Remote EFW is ok) it takes about 3 to 5 minutes to load each configuration page.

The systems are identical on each site:

P4 @ 1.8GHz
512MB Ram
20GB HDD
