Support for NAT port mapping protocol

Trying to use Apple's "Back to My Mac" behind EFW, but it doesn't seem to be working. The error message on the Mac with "Back to My Mac" enabled says the firewall must support NAT-PMP or UPnP. Anybody have any experience getting this to work behind EFW?
Thanks.
