Hello Sir,

I has been installed “endian firewall community release 3.0 devel ”, I am facing one issue on red interface.
The objective is that, I have to deploy this firewall on our another branch, and I will remote access to monitor end users internet activities.
Red interface is not replaying icmp,
How we can access this firewall outside the LAN (green) interface.

Please help me, I am waiting your answer thanks.

the icmp and also the web access is closed by default, if you want to open it you need to open the icmp and the web interface port under "Firewall > System Access"
