Endian don't respect Web Routes

Hello Everyone,
I'm having a intermittent problem with Endian.
In this particupar Endian i have about 80 OpenVPN site to site connections, and its working fine, but sometimes (now more often) i cant communicate with this Openvpn network or the Endian itself from some VLAN.
From the Local Vlan its working fine, but when i try to comunicate from remote Vlans it doesn work.
Check the example routes
Local Network 192.168.1.0/24
Endian IP: 192.168.1.2
Gateway for the remote Network: 192.168.1.200
Remote Network: 172.23.2.0/24
Routes on the Endian:
172.23.2.0/24 -> 192.168.1.200
Its working fine but somethings, mostly in the morning i cant communicate with the 172.23.2.0/24 network. If i go to the Cli and insert the route manually or i reboot the Endian its all fine again
Anyone experience problem like mine?
