Is there a way to change the webpage that is displayed when a user visits a website that is restricted ?

Is this page written in php ? Where are these files situated in the endian-server ?

I would like to change the footer...

Indeed the error-pages are there... but it seems that any change that I do to these pages are not reflected when they are loaded by Endian.
I even reloaded Endian...

You are right. It's here.
Code:
/usr/share/dansguardian/languages/ukenglish
The template.html is the default page for blocked sites by dansguardian.

The others are related to squid errors. Just change the template, use the command restartsquid and you are done!
