HI anyone

I have an Endian Firewall Community release 2.2. It works really fine!!!
I have the proxy enabled and transparent on green and blue network.

Just a problem. It's not possible to download e-mail encrypted with SSL (pop3s on port 995).
So I tried do turn off proxy and firewall but nothing to do....
Only when I turned off the Antivirus scan on green lan it have been possible download e-mail on 995.

But now I have the antivirus scan down for any e-mail!!!

Does anyone know how to do to?

Thank you in advance

Update

Antivirus blocks only encrypted e-mails (SSL on port 995) witch the server have an invalid SSL certificate.

Waiting for news....

Hi,

I would have thought that since Endian can't scan SSL webpages for content, it wouldn't be able to scann SSL on POP3 either.

My understanding is that with public and private key cryptography it's very difficult for Endian in transparent mode to scan an encrypted stream Sad
