OpenVPN GUI on Windows 7 64Bit

Has anyone bumped into this problems like I do? Google search didn't get me too far from the TAP driver signing problems.
Here is one link that suggests to disable driver signing command but... didn't work (URL: jpuddy.net/2009/05/06/using-openvpn-in-windows-7-64-bit/).
OpenVPN Gui site listed support WinXP64Bit and other TAP Drivier for 64Bit but I found it not very helpful (URL: openvpn.se/development.html). I wonder if someone has gone this far and has overcome this one.
Your help will be appreciated.
